What You'll Do as a CDL-A Driver

As a vital member of our logistics team, you'll represent Kirby Risk on the road—delivering products safely, efficiently, and with the level of service our customers expect. You'll enjoy consistent routes, excellent equipment, and a balanced schedule that lets you do great work and get home on time.

You'll:

• Complete assigned regional delivery routes (typically 7–11 hours per shift).
• Safely load, transport, and unload electrical supply materials for our customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and ensure customer satisfaction at every stop.
• Operate modern, well-maintained trucks within our full-service leased fleet.
• Follow all DOT and company safety standards to ensure safe and efficient operations.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Valid Class A CDL license and clean driving record
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Proven record of safe and reliable driving performance
• Ability to manage time effectively and communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Customer-focused mindset and professional appearance

What to Expect in This Role

• Night Routes Available (7–11 hours per shift)
• Average 4 driving days per week (Monday–Friday)
• Full 40-hour weekly pay, even when completing routes in less time
• Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week
