Small Parcel Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Small Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting goods to customers in a safe and timely manner while providing excellent customer service.

Duties
- Drive personal vehicle to deliver products to customers
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle
- Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently
- Operate pallet jacks as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries

Requirements
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Smart phone with good service

Full time Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday

Deliveries are available 7 days a week.

We deliver for E-commerce companies such as SHIEN, TikTok and Temu. Mainly houses and apartments. Some businesses.

Packages will almost always be under 20 pounds. Most will be less than 5 pounds.

Package volume per driver varies from 100 to 150 per day. Experienced drivers can handle 200 on busy days.

New drivers average 10 deliveries per hour. Normal drivers average 18-20 delivers per hour. Our best drivers average 25 deliveries per hour.

We deliver to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and Fountain Hills.

Pay is $1.70 per package. $1.00 for additional packages at the same address. Pay is weekly on Fridays (A week after the pay period ends)
