Position Overview

We're looking for reliable, experienced, and well-rounded Construction Crew Members to join our growing team. You'll work directly under a Crew Lead or Supervisor on residential remodel projects across the Valley — assisting with everything from demo to finish work.

This role is perfect for someone who knows their way around multiple trades, shows initiative, and wants to grow into a leadership position as we expand new Luxe crews.

Responsibilities

• Assist with kitchen, bath, and flooring remodels (demo, framing, drywall, trim, finish, etc.)
• Follow direction and maintain Luxe's high standards of quality and site cleanliness
• Keep tools and materials organized and secure at all times
• Communicate clearly with leads, supervisors, and occasionally with clients
• Track progress through Luxe's digital job management system (Buildertrend)
• Show up on time, work efficiently, and maintain a professional image on every job site

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on construction or remodeling experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Basic hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others and take direction from leadership
• Must be dependable — Luxe crews are built on trust and consistency

Preferred Skills (Not Required but Valued)

• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, or flooring tasks
• Knowledge of finish carpentry or cabinetry installs
• Ability to read simple layouts or follow scope drawings
• Experience on luxury or high-end remodel projects

Compensation & Growth Path

• $22–$25/hr starting range (based on experience and skill)
• Performance-based raise eligibility at 60 and 90 days
• Opportunity to grow into Crew Lead ($25/hr+) and manage your own projects
• Full-time, year-round work with consistent project flow — no downtime between jobs
