Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the standards of our fine dining establishment.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately input orders into the Toast POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or special occasions.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or fine dining environment is required.
• Strong math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Experience with food preparation is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with sanitation practices to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.
