Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior / Lead Full Stack .NET Developer to join our dynamic team in Southlake, TX. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in .NET Core and Angular, with proven expertise in building scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications.

This position is ideal for a proactive developer who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about delivering top-quality solutions using modern technologies

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core, C#, and Angular (v8 or higher).

Build responsive and single-page applications (SPAs) leveraging modern web technologies.

Create and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration across platforms.

Implement unit testing (TDD/BDD) practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Utilize Git/GitHub for version control and CI/CD integration.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimization efforts.

Work effectively in a hybrid distributed environment, collaborating across teams and time zones

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Angular (8 or newer).

Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.

Proven experience developing responsive design and SPA-based applications.

Familiarity with Entity Framework and Dapper (preferred).

Strong grasp of Agile software development principles.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to cloud-based environments (Azure/AWS).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Prior experience in financial or enterprise-grade applications (a plus).
