Bella Construction is seeking a results-driven Marketing Director to lead our consumer growth strategy. In this leadership role, you will be the engine behind our residential business, driving lead generation and ensuring our brand resonates with homeowners. We need a creative strategist who understands the homeowner's journey, knows how to lower customer acquisition costs, and can lead a team to turn "likes" into leads and leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Budget & Leadership
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies designed to increase market share in the residential sector.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget with a strict focus on ROI, tracking Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) across all channels.
- Team Alignment & Management: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and ensuring their daily activities align with sales goals and company revenue targets.
Lead Generation (Consumer Focus)
- Inbound & Outbound Campaigns: Design and manage multi-channel campaigns (PPC, SEO, Email, Direct Mail) intended to generate a consistent volume of qualified homeowner leads.
- Conversion Optimization: Analyze the customer journey from the first click to the final sale, optimizing website landing pages and call-to-actions to maximize conversion rates.
- Review & Reputation Management: Proactively manage online reputation (Google Reviews, BBB, Yelp), ensuring Bella Construction maintains a trusted rating with consumers.
Brand & Awareness
- Brand Management: Act as the guardian of the brand, ensuring our visual identity communicates trust, quality, and craftsmanship to the residential market.
- Events Marketing: Plan and execute our presence at local home shows, community festivals, and open houses to build face-to-face relationships with the community.
- Community Engagement: Identify and manage local sponsorships or partnerships that keep Bella Construction top-of-mind for local families.
Social Media & Content
- Social Media Management: Manage our presence on visual-first platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn), driving engagement through "Before & After" showcases and interactive stories.
- Content Creation: Direct the production of high-quality assets including project photography, homeowner video testimonials, and educational blog content that positions us as the local authority in construction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in B2C or Residential Construction/Home Services.
- Digital Savvy: Proven track record in running successful paid ad campaigns (Google Local Services, Meta Ads) and understanding SEO best practices.
- Leadership: Experience managing direct reports and collaborating with sales teams.
- Skillset: Strong understanding of consumer psychology, copywriting, and visual storytelling. Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing, Canva, SEMrush, etc.
