Retail Sales Associate

We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate at Alexa's Little Boutique, a small children's clothing store specializing in high-end baptismal and communion dresses, as well as boy's suits and handmade clothing ranging from newborns to toddlers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service

• Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions

• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

• Meet or exceed sales goals

• Occasional administrative tasks (creating reports on Google Documents/Microsoft Word, only basic knowledge needed)

Qualifications:

Required
- Fluent in English

• Availability on Sundays

-Reliable transportation to Menlo Park Mall

• Ability to stand for reasonable periods of time

• Minimum 18 years of age

Preferred

• Fluency in Spanish

• Prior sales experience
