Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Routes Car Rental in Orlando. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support across departments, including Customer Care, Refunds, Call Center, and Contract Review teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, and a proactive attitude toward ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You will coordinate with rental agents and backend teams, manage documentation, track ongoing tasks, and support the management team in maintaining workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to a high volume of emails from internal departments (Customer Care, Refunds, Call Center, Contract Review, etc.).
  • Handle incoming calls and assist the Call Center team as needed.
  • Maintain and organize company documents, communication logs, and correspondence.
  • Assist rental agents and team members by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Track and follow up on open cases, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline communication and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain and update various tracking sheets and operational reports.
  • Escalate urgent matters to appropriate departments when required.
  • Support management in identifying process gaps and recommending improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in administration, operations, or customer support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
  • Professional and positive attitude with a collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the car rental, automotive, or hospitality industry is an asset.
  • Familiarity with backend administrative systems and reporting tools.
  • Prior experience supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
