Role/Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Design, develop, and implement Devops solutions, , and full stack java applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and functionality.
• Implement best practices in software development and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in Devops, , and full stack development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Sciences or a related education (e.g. life science, medicine) , master's preferable.

Minimum Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in designing and developing applications as Full stack Developer.
• Experience in building applications using Java and Spring boot.
• Experience in JSON and XML.
• Experience in Service development using SOAP and REST.
• Must have object-oriented design (OOD) patterns experience for separation of concerns, code reusability, security, and performance.
• Experience in developing clean, well architected code.
• Hands on developer with good communication skills and passion for development best practices and Test-Driven Development.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies such as Unit, Integration, Contract, functional, performance testing.
• Strong database skills preferable experience.
• Using Oracle, Postgres (using SQL query language).
• Experience in Angular/ React.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
• Comfortable working from the command-line (Bash, Ksh)
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Continuous integration and deployment such as Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Source Control Management.
• Experience in catching frameworks like Redis.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
