POSITION:   Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead a maintenance team in maintaining a multifamily asset.
• Complete resident work orders promptly.
• Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications:

• EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal) Required
• CPO preferred
• CAMT preferred
• Experience- Minimum 4 years in Multifamily Maintenance in a Supervisory role
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation
