About

We are seeking Senior Full-Stack Developers with strong experience in React, , C#, and Azure for an EMR rebuild project. You will join an established Scrum team, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle and directly supporting technology that impacts patients with rare and chronic illnesses.

What you'll achieve:
Join a team building technology that directly impacts patients with rare and chronic illnesses who receive complex, life-changing therapies. You'll be developing systems for a mission-driven specialty pharmacy that treats every patient like family, ensuring individualized care for people facing healthcare's most challenging conditions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using React and for front-end development
  • Build and optimize C# backend services and APIs
  • Work within Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud Services ecosystem
  • Collaborate with an 8-person Scrum team to deliver solutions in 3-week sprints
  • Build products from the ground up, not just feature work or bug fixes
  • Participate in Agile framework
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices are applied

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree from a U.S. university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Senior-level experience with React and for UI development
  • Strong proficiency in C# for backend development
  • Expertise with Azure DevOps and experience with Azure Cloud Services
  • Proven ability to build products from the ground up, not just maintain existing features
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint-based delivery
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
  • Ready to start a 12-month contract-to-hire.
  • Ability to work 40 hours/week in a fully-remote environment
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or C2C arrangement

Extra credit if you have:

  • Experience as a team lead
  • Experience with EMR or healthcare technology systems
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance and security requirements
