About the Role

The Operations Manager is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring that client projects and daily operations run smoothly. This role leads staff, manages logistics, improves systems, and serves as the central connection between clients, team members, and company leadership. The work is dynamic and fast paced, with seasonal rhythms that require flexibility and strong decision making.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and improving systems, keeping many moving pieces organized, and supporting a team to perform at its best.

What You Will Do

Operational Leadership

  • Lead daily operations to keep client projects and service activities moving efficiently
  • Oversee scheduling and staffing for part time and field employees
  • Maintain structure and consistency in workflows
  • Strengthen processes and documentation to support growth and improve quality
  • Balance immediate operational needs with long term improvements

Team Leadership and Development

  • Coach staff and support accountability and collaboration
  • Provide clear expectations and follow through
  • Conduct performance reviews and offer meaningful feedback
  • Foster a service oriented, mission centered team environment

Client Service Excellence

  • Communicate with clients and support them through emotionally sensitive transitions
  • Anticipate needs and resolve challenges with empathy and clarity
  • Ensure that each client receives a smooth and professional experience

Strategic Contribution

  • Work closely with leadership to move the company vision into daily action
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements
  • Use data, performance indicators, and past results to guide recommendations

What We Are Looking For

Experience and Skills

  • Experience managing operations in a service oriented or shift based environment
  • Strong ability to supervise part time and field staff and keep schedules on track
  • Confidence in documenting, improving, and standardizing processes
  • Skill in client facing communication including conflict resolution and problem solving
  • Ability to use tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Monday dot com, CRM platforms, and MS Office
  • Comfort learning new systems and adapting processes as business needs evolve
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritizing and delegating

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary between $50K - $55K per year
  • Performance based incentive tied to measurable operational outcomes including client satisfaction and process improvement
