EBE is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee a team of project managers and implementers providing services to deliver systems to clients. This position ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to system standards. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, managing client relationships, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including sales and development. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to monitor scope creep, prompt communications, and performance monitoring.
Core responsibilities
* *Project oversight:* Manage the end-to-end delivery of professional services projects, ensuring they meet requirements, timelines, and budgets.
* *Team leadership:* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service professionals, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
* *Client relationship management:* Serve as a key point of contact for clients, address concerns, and build strong relationships to ensure satisfaction.
* *Cross-functional collaboration:* Act as an intermediary between clients and internal departments such as sales, development, and support to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
* *Resource and financial management:* Allocate resources effectively, manage project budgets, and sometimes contribute to forecasting and invoicing.
* *Strategic planning:* Contribute to the development of new service offerings, service strategies, and operational policies to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
Essential skills and qualifications
* *Leadership and communication:* Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate technical and non-technical information effectively, and manage client expectations.
* *Project management:* Expertise in project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and tracking project progress.
* *Technical knowledge:* An understanding of the product or service being delivered is often required, along with knowledge of relevant technologies.
* *Business acumen:* Ability to develop action plans, understand client needs, and manage the financial aspects of projects.
* *Analytical skills:* Capable of analyzing service metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
