IT Project Lead / Scrum Master for Financial Master Information 100% (f/m/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start for 3 months with possible extension or internalisation)

• The ongoing project is to deliver/enhance BJBs strategic tool for financial instrument master data and instrument prices

• Planning and execution of PI Planning and various agile ceremonies

• proper requirement management

• Assist in external Provider and Vendor Management

• Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs

• Ensuring project compliance to project governance and minimal standards Responsible for successful hand-over of solution to the Operations organizations

• Experience in managing projects with respective CTB Budgets > 1mCHF in classic methodology
• Experience in managing projects with external / third party solution providers
• Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between various stakeholders (IT and Business)
• Able to take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Fast learner and understanding of business context and project governance
• Able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• Sound skills in Jira and Confluence
• Project management certification or corresponding qualification / experience
• Communication, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
• Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups
• Fluent English and good German language skills
