Our busy logistics facility in Seattle, Washington is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team! This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our distribution center, involving a variety of tasks that support our logistics network. You will be responsible for receiving and stocking inventory, picking and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. Accuracy and efficiency are key attributes we are looking for. This position demands physical capability, including regular Lifting of goods, and a strong commitment to Safety protocols. All employees are required to use appropriate PPE to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and their colleagues. We value teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to work. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Operate manual material handling equipment.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean and hazard-free.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Properly wear and utilize all required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Physical ability to perform consistent Lifting tasks.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to adhering to Safety regulations.
- Willingness to wear and utilize PPE consistently.
- Must be reliable and a team player.
