About
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receiving Clerk at our facility in Washington, D.C. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that all incoming goods are accurately received, inspected, and processed. Your responsibilities will include unloading shipments, verifying packing slips against received items, identifying any damages or discrepancies, and documenting all incoming inventory. You will also be responsible for organizing and staging received goods for put-away into storage. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently are crucial. This position requires clear communication with suppliers and internal departments. You must be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment and adhering to strict safety procedures. Expect tasks that involve consistent Lifting and material handling. Maintaining a safe workspace and following all guidelines regarding PPE is essential. This role is a key component of our supply chain, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our overall logistics process. If you are organized and detail-oriented, this is the role for you.
