Job Summary:
We are recruiting a Warehouse Associate for our facility in Sacramento, California. This is a key position in our logistics and distribution operations, involving a variety of warehouse functions. You will be responsible for receiving and stocking inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety , and adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess a strong work ethic, and be capable of performing physical tasks, including frequent Lifting . You will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure that operational goals are met efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as trained and certified.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
  • Follow all company Safety rules and regulations.
  • Ability to perform significant Lifting , up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Ensure correct and consistent use of PPE .

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks and regular Lifting .
