Join our fast-paced warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for efficient and reliable individuals to join our **logistics** team. Your primary responsibilities will involve accurately picking items from inventory to fulfill customer orders and then carefully packing these items for shipment. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will work with scanning equipment and follow specific packing instructions. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using a pick list or scanner.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into shipping containers.
- Apply appropriate shipping labels and documentation.
- Stage completed orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all **safety** guidelines, including the correct use of **PPE**.
- Perform **Lifting** of items, typically up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our **logistics** operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Experience with **Lifting** up to 40 lbs.
Familiarity with **PPE** and warehouse **safety** best practices.
Basic understanding of **logistics** and order fulfillment processes.
