About
We are looking for a motivated Material Handler to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This position plays a key role in our logistics and warehousing operations, focusing on the efficient and safe movement of materials. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and distributing materials within the facility. Tasks include unloading trucks, transporting materials to and from storage areas, picking and packing orders, and assisting with inventory management. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, is physically fit, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. Experience with pallet jacks and other material handling equipment is beneficial. You will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques, to prevent injuries. - Unloading materials from incoming trucks and containers.
- Transporting materials to designated storage locations using appropriate equipment.
- Picking and preparing materials for internal distribution or external shipment.
- Loading finished goods onto trucks for delivery.
- Assisting with cycle counts and inventory record keeping.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas.
- Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Following all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Utilizing proper lifting techniques to handle materials.
