About
We are seeking an energetic Picker/Packer for our Huntsville, Alabama location. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for locating products within our warehouse, preparing them for shipment, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations. The ideal candidate is meticulous, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and Safety . This position offers a great entry point into the warehousing field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory according to order tickets.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure correct quantities.
- Package items securely for shipping, using appropriate materials.
- Stage orders for pick-up by delivery services.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE .
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior warehouse or picking/packing experience is a plus. Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Must be detail-oriented and able to work at a steady pace. A strong commitment to safety is required. Good communication and teamwork skills are beneficial.
