About
We are seeking a meticulous Receiving Clerk for our Boise, Idaho location. The Receiving Clerk is the first point of contact for all incoming goods, ensuring that deliveries are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include verifying shipments against purchase orders, inspecting goods for damage, documenting receipts, and directing inventory to its proper storage location. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring smooth Logistics operations. A strong focus on Safety and adherence to procedures is vital.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments from various carriers.
- Verify contents of deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Inspect goods for any damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately document all received items in the inventory system.
- Tag and label received inventory according to established procedures.
