About
Heardmont Health Properties is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team of amazing caregivers.
*Duties:*
* Oversee and manage weekend operations in a healthcare facility while ensuring compliance with standards and protocols for various departments, including sonography, sterile processing, laboratory, pain management, and occupational health
* Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
* Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
* Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to maintain effective communication and coordination across departments

*Requirements:*
* Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the State of GA
* Long term care experience preferred
* Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of healthcare professionals
* Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail to ensure compliance with standards and protocols
* Problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during weekend operations

Pay: From $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
