Skills Must be confident on the phone. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
