About
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple timelines, and experienced collaborating with creative, technical, and stakeholder teams in fast-paced environments.
This is a hybrid position based in Eatontown, NJ, with in-office work required on Tuesdays and Thursdays and additional onsite support during event production. Domestic and international travel is required.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage digital, corporate event, and experiential projects from initiation through delivery
* Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, writers, and vendors
* Track milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule
* Communicate project status, risks, and updates to internal and client stakeholders
* Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are met across all deliverables
* Identify risks early and proactively resolve project issues
* Support process improvements and future project planning initiatives
*Required Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (required)
* 1+ year of experience managing or supporting *corporate events and experiential events* (required)
* 1+ year of experience in digital project management, experiential marketing, or live events (required)
* Experience supporting tradeshows, conferences, or corporate activations
* Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
* Familiarity with CMS platforms; basic understanding of HTML/CSS
* Experience reviewing analytics and performance metrics (Google Analytics or similar)
* Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Willingness to travel up to 50%
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
