Senior Operations Manager
for a newly created, high-impact leadership role. This position is critical to the company's next phase of growth and will drive alignment, structure, and performance across all operational departments.

About the Role

The Senior Operations Manager will oversee:

Production

Quality

Logistics

Maintenance

Warehousing

This leader will guide a multi-shift, bilingual workforce and play a central role in strengthening processes, culture, and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Build and execute operational plans tied to company objectives.

• Lead daily manufacturing and logistics activities across all shifts.

• Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and performance.

Cross-Department Integration

• Enhance communication between production, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and admin teams.

• Align priorities and streamline decision-making.

Operational Optimization

• Monitor KPIs and production metrics.

• Implement lean methodologies and continuous-improvement initiatives.

• Standardize processes for accuracy and consistency.

Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline teams.

• Foster ownership, accountability, and high performance.

• Support and develop bilingual (English/Spanish) teams.

Quality, Customer Satisfaction & On-Time Delivery

• Uphold strong quality control standards.

• Ensure on-time production and service delivery.

• Elevate customer satisfaction through operational consistency.

Safety & Compliance

• Maintain OSHA compliance and internal safety protocols.

• Lead preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Must be bilingual: English & Spanish

Experience

• 5–7+ years in manufacturing or contract packaging operations leadership.

• Strong experience leading multi-shift teams.

• Proven success improving performance and efficiency.

• Experience with bilingual teams preferred.

Technical Expertise
