Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year
The successful candidate's starting base will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the base range for this role.

The Position
The Senior Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving qualified pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects in scientific and technical markets. This role combines sales development expertise with technical product knowledge, ensuring prospects understand the value of complex solutions.
As a senior team member, you will mentor junior Inside Sales Representatives, work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads, collaborate with marketing to execute demand generation campaigns, and provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights.
Beyond execution, this position is strategic in nature, requiring independent judgment, proactive decision-making, and the ability to shape sales approaches that align with organizational goals. You will be expected to anticipate market trends, prioritize opportunities, and contribute to long-term growth strategies while maintaining a high level of autonomy in daily responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation goals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a scientific instrumentation, biotech, or advanced manufacturing environment (e.g., RheoSense or similar).
- Familiarity with technical products and ability to conduct product demonstrations or technical discussions.
- Background in collaborating with marketing teams on demand generation campaigns.
- Leadership or mentoring experience within a sales development team.
Physical Requirements
