About the Role

As an Admin / Interviewer for an Doordash LCSP, you will support the human resources and administrative functions that ensure the smooth operation of our workforce. You will assist in interviewing, onboarding, recordkeeping, and day-to-day HR administration, helping to build a reliable, high-performing team of drivers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Interviewing:

  • Conduct in person interviews.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, background checks, and orientation.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and other relevant data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and Doordash LCSP standards.

Employee Support & Communication:

  • Assist in performance tracking, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage HR-related correspondence, emails, and internal documentation.
  • Support operations team with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based, supporting DSP operations and employees.
  • Fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills.
  • Occasional flexibility may be needed to support recruitment drives, onboarding sessions, or peak operational periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
