Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and clients to interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts for accurate project delivery
• Monitor daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
• Procurement of resources, equipment & materials as needed to manage job expectations.
• Oversee project scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow efficiency
• Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain project scope integrity
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate project meetings to facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders
• Provide necessary supporting documentation for project deliverables to office management to support billing activities.
• Provide approved purchase orders and invoices to office management.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project scheduling, contract management, and blueprint reading
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills
• Deep understanding of construction site operations and safety regulations
• Exceptional project coordination skills with a focus on collaboration across teams and disciplines
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately
• Effective communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Previous hands on experience in the field is helpful (finish/rough carpentry)
• Bilingual is a plus.
