About the Role
Bohler's office in Harrisburg, PA (Mechanicsburg) is seeking a Project Manager who excels in collaboration, accountability, and meeting high standards of excellence. In this leadership role, you will oversee complex land development projects throughout Central PA, guiding them from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include balancing design quality, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lead internal teams, and ensure that each project's success aligns with Bohler's standards.

What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff.
- Oversee financial performance, including contracts, invoicing, and change management.
