About

As a Sr PathNet AP Analyst, you will be responsible for implementation, support, and maintenance of Oracle Cerner's Lab applications, specifically for the PathNet AP Solution. You will be the Lead for the PathNet AP Solution. This will involve the support and maintenance of this solution for 3 different Hospitals. You will also work with the mTuitive Vendor, who PathNet AP is integrated with, for the synoptic reporting. Printing setup and configuration is another responsibility for this solution that you will need to support. You will also round in the Labs regularly and when needed for troubleshooting issues. You will work closely with the Pathologists and different AP Technologists in the Lab on issues and projects related to PathNet AP.

Other responsibilities involve vendor management, testing software upgrades, software installs, and technical support. You will perform troubleshooting investigations reviewing front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting investigations via backend methods by capturing log files and updating/cycling servers. As a member of this team, you will communicate effectively verbally and in writing to clients and internal stakeholders, document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation.

Basic Qualifications:

At least 4 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Science, Business, Healthcare, related field or equivalent relevant work experience

Work closely with Oracle's internal business and development teams to drive the technical/functional global implementation of Oracle's applications internally. The main responsibilities may include: Manage all aspects of internal deployment projects and work closely with the internal teams on status, issues and communications. Define business specifications with the internal user community for the global deployment of the application. Define and drive business specifications for product and component integration points. Map standard application functionality to global/local business specifications. Manage product gaps from business specifications to product enhancement and/or business process change. Define product enhancements to drive solutions for all customers. Manage product setup definition and configuration along with internal business process teams. Manage all aspect of product rollout and coordination with internal teams. Define specifications for data migration from legacy systems into newer applications. Define specifications for data interfaces between applications for product rollouts. Manage user acceptance testing and
