Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role based in Everett, WA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include project coordination, resource allocation, progress tracking, and effective communication with stakeholders, contractors, and team members. Ensuring adherence to safety standards and addressing client needs are key to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Construction Project Management, Project Coordination, and resource planning
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for construction projects
• Demonstrated knowledge in Construction Management and general Project Management principles
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in healthcare facility construction, restoration, or residential remodeling is a plus
• Proficiency in construction project management software tools is highly desirable
