The Role

As a Store Manager / Service Manager, you are the driving force of the store's success. You will lead daily operations, inspire your team, and create an exceptional customer experience. This role requires sales ability, leadership, and energy—the ability to bring positivity and motivation that sets the tone for the entire shop.

You'll be the connection between our nimble corporate team and your in-store family, with the autonomy to make decisions while knowing you've got a strong leadership team behind you.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service and profitable results.
• Drive sales through strong communication, relationship building, and energy on the floor.
• Manage store operations: scheduling, workflow, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while fostering a family-like, positive culture.
• Train, mentor, and develop employees for long-term success—we want people to grow with us.
• Analyze financial performance, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to exceed goals.
• Act as the face of Safe Tire & Auto in your community, building trust and loyalty.
