Who you are:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in multi-family residential maintenance.
  • General maintenance knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, Apartment Turnovers, Grounds, Pool Care, Lighting, etc.
  • EPA certified and experience in HVAC.
  • Strong maintenance and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and have strong attention to detail.
  • Able to lead and motivate a team of technicians
  • Valid driver's license with a reliable truck or van and auto insurance.
  • Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position

What you'll do as a Maintenance Manager:

  • Use your maintenance skills in HVAC, pool maintenance, electric, plumbing, grounds, apartment turns, appliance repair, carpentry, locks and keys, pool care, lighting, etc.
  • Manages the master key/lock system and provides supervision while effectively delegating tasks to other maintenance personnel.
  • Complete work orders from apartment residents, while keeping the Community clean and presentable.
  • Respond to emergencies while on call or, at any time the situation presents.
  • Work scheduled: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. with on call rotation.

Up to $32 hourly
