Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upcoming locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a passion for hospitality, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Train and develop staff in areas such as cooking techniques, customer service, and POS systems (Toast POS).
  • Handle cash management and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Implement effective budgeting strategies to optimize restaurant performance.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
  • Provide exceptional dining experiences through attentive service and quality food production.
  • Lead by example in shift management, ensuring all team members are motivated and engaged.

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and culinary practices.
  • Familiarity with quick service & fast food restaurant operations as well as fine dining experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in using POS systems such as Toast POS for efficient transaction processing.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control and budgeting.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Background in hospitality management or kitchen management is beneficial.
