We're seeking an innovative Software Solution Architect to help shape and drive the next phase of our cloud, platform, and data-driven solutions.

You'll be a key technical leader responsible for architecting and guiding the adoption of modern software practices across cloud, data, and platform engineering. This role blends business strategy with technical execution - helping customers modernize infrastructure, automate delivery, and unlock insights through analytics and AI.

What You'll Do

• Architect end-to-end solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Design and architect platform engineering models leveraging containers, Kubernetes, and microservices.
• Lead automation initiatives with IaC, CI/CD, and GitOps practices to streamline delivery.
• Develop and optimize data architectures that support analytics, visualization, and AI/ML use cases.
• Integrate observability and performance insights across applications and infrastructure.
• Guide customers in adopting AI and generative AI, aligning innovation to business goals.
• Collaborate with sales and partners to build go-to-market offerings and support strategic engagements.
• Mentor teams on best practices across platform, data, and AI technologies.
• Represent Paragon Micro through thought leadership at events and customer workshops.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in software architecture, cloud platforms, or data engineering.
• Strong knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, and microservices.
• Hands-on with automation frameworks such as Terraform, Ansible, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse, BigQuery) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace).
• Understanding of AI/ML frameworks, including generative AI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to connect technology to business outcomes.
