Dryrite Restoration, a fast-growing water damage and mold remediation company in the Phoenix East Valley, is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help us expand our network and bring in new long-term accounts.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys being out in the field, and wants to contribute directly to revenue growth.

About the Role

The Business Development Representative will focus on building partnerships and generating referrals with:

• Plumbers
• HOAs (Homeowner Associations)
• Property Managers
• Real estate professionals & other service partners

You'll represent Dryrite Restoration's brand, educate partners on the value of fast and proper water-damage response, and create strong referral pipelines.

This job is hourly and commission base.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and build relationships with plumbers, HOAs, property managers, and real estate offices
• Schedule and hold in-person visits, presentations, and drop-bys
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to grow referral partnerships
• Track activity, follow-ups, and leads with consistency
• Attend networking events, industry meetups, and association gatherings
• Work closely with ownership and operations to support new accounts
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and solutions-focused presence

Requirements

• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable with field visits and ongoing outreach
• Previous experience in restoration, plumbing/HVAC, property management, or sales is a plus
• Must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and demeanor
