Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled
Data Scientist
to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and create data-driven solutions that support business decisions. The ideal candidate is strong in statistics, machine learning, data wrangling, and communicating insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess structured & unstructured datasets.
  • Build machine learning models for prediction, classification, clustering, and optimization.
  • Develop algorithms and statistical models to solve business problems.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to implement data-driven strategies.
  • Deploy models into production (using AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes preferred).
  • Continuously monitor and improve model performance.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in
    Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Python
    , Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Proficiency in
    SQL
    and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms (supervised & unsupervised).
  • Strong understanding of statistics and probability.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms:
    AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with NLP, deep learning, or time-series forecasting.
  • Familiarity with Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks).
  • Experience working with APIs or deploying ML models (MLOps).
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
