We're hiring a full-time

HVAC Service Technician

to join our growing team. You'll start your day at our central location, receive your assignments, and head out to provide top-quality service to customers across the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct accurate inspections and communicate findings clearly to customers.
• Present solutions and perform approved work with high-quality workmanship.
• Provide a professional, friendly, and informative customer experience.
• Walk homeowners through their options and answer any questions.
• Deliver a 5-star service experience on every job.
• Install HVAC equipment and components according to code and manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform seasonal maintenance, system cleanings, and tune-ups.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and perform weekly vehicle inspections.
• Keep tools and parts inventory organized for efficiency and readiness.
• Rotate through scheduled on-call shifts for emergency service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 2 or more years of HVAC experience (residential preferred)
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and customer communication skills
• Your own basic HVAC hand tools
• Ability to use and operate an iPad comfortably
• EPA 608 Certification
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employment.
• Compensation: Performance-based pay, with bonus opportunities (typical annual earnings range from $80,000-$110,000+, depending on workload and efficiency.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• On-call rotation for emergency and after-hours service
• Overtime opportunities available
