Core Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Build new relationships with real estate agents and industry partners.
- Create opportunities through proactive outreach, conversations, and follow-up.
- Develop long-term clients, not one-off transactions.
Prospecting & Pipeline Management
- Maintain an active pipeline using our structured prospect framework.
- Move prospects forward intentionally through trust, insight, and timing.
- Balance relationship-building activities with proactive outreach.
Execution & Ownership
- Own your numbers, activity, and improvement plan.
- Track activity and pipeline accurately.
- Take responsibility for outcomes without blame or excuses.
Coaching & Development
- Participate fully in coaching, training, and feedback sessions.
- Apply guidance quickly and consistently.
- Continuously improve sales skill, communication, and market knowledge.
