The Data Center HVAC Technician builds upon foundational skills, with an emphasis on gaining experience in system installation and preventative maintenance. This role requires minimal supervision once trained and introduces more independent tasks.

• Perform routine tasks independently or with minimal oversight.
• Conduct basic diagnostics and troubleshooting of equipment issues (air-cooled and water-cooled chillers).
• Foundational knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems.
• Work on repairs, commissioning, testing, and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with BMS/BAS systems for monitoring and control.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call duty.
• Travel: 40-80% expected
