About

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Make it pop. Work with stakeholders across Layton Construction, Structure Tone Southwest (STSW), and Abbott

Construction to create engaging visuals for print and digital, such as: infographics, presentations, layouts, jobsite signage,

and illustrations—that clearly communicate messages and make complex ideas easy to understand.

Make the logo bigger. Refine your designs based on feedback from the team and stakeholders. Collaborative input

ensures the best outcomes, as the first idea is rarely the best.

Champion each brand. Support and evolve each brand while keeping work consistent, polished, and on message.

Adapt quickly between projects and formats, from proposals and presentations to internal campaigns and events.

Work smarter, not harder. Maintain and improve InDesign templates, presentation decks, and brand assets to streamline

workflows and ensure a high standard across all three companies. You'll make great design more efficient and accessible.

Collaborate and communicate. Partner with teams across all three companies. Share ideas, ask questions, listen to

feedback, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication and teamwork

are essential.

Stay curious. Keep learning new design tools, trends, and techniques. Bring fresh ideas to the team and use constructive

feedback to improve your work and grow your skills.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 3+ years of professional design experience
  • No stranger to the Adobe Creative Cloud—InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (After Effects is a plus)
  • Enjoy pushing pixels in PowerPoint, too; comfortable using Microsoft Office programs
  • A storyteller who loves making visuals that communicate clearly
  • Adaptable and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Open to feedback and able to collaborate well with different teams
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
