Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days onsite. 1 day WFH/Remote - Samsung is going to 5 days on-site in May of 2026

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on personalization or eCommerce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
Responsibilities
• Own the personalization backlog, managing prioritization, grooming, and execution in alignment with company goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, design, marketing) to deliver and scale personalized experiences across digital channels.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
• Oversee day-to-day personalization operations including campaign setup, testing, QA, and validation.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of personalization initiatives; recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs, track performance, and ensure accurate reporting across personalization tools and platforms.
• Advocate for personalization best practices and drive adoption across the organization.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on personalization or eCommerce.
• Experience working with personalization platforms, digital analytics tools, and content management systems.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to collaborate closely with developers; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent business acumen with a track record of translating customer and business needs into impactful product features.
• Strong skills in backlog management, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and prioritization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in
eCommerce
personalization
or digital optimization.
• Certifications in personalization or analytics tools.
• Familiarity with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
• Experience working with APIs or server-side personalization approaches.
