About the Role

We're looking for a driven and customer-focused
B2B Sales Representative
to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with other companies. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand how our products/services can solve their business challenges and create measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product) to deliver an excellent client experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline activity reports.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
