We are seeking talented Senior User Experience Designers and UX Strategists incoming from our client, a leading firm in the financial services industry. We are building a qualified talent pool to meet projected staffing needs for anticipated 6-12 month contract roles. Please note that specific pay rates and project details will vary depending on the roles that arise.

Candidates Must be commutable to one of the following locations: Malvern, PA, Charlotte, NC, or Phoenix, AZ. Remote applicants may be considered dependent on highly relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
Candidates will be expected to perform or lead the following functions depending on the specific role released:

• Lead and execute the comprehensive UX lifecycle, including advanced user research, synthesizing complex qualitative and quantitative data, defining information architecture, mapping intricate user flows, wireframing, and delivering high-fidelity prototypes.
• Consult with product management, engineering, and executive stakeholders to define and refine UX strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, regulatory necessities, and validated user needs.
• Advocate for and apply user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA) throughout the product development process.
• Actively utilize and contribute to the client's established Design Systems to ensure design consistency, efficiency, and scalability across digital channels (Web, Mobile, Enterprise Applications).
• Facilitate design workshops and critique sessions, clearly articulating design rationale and compliance requirements to technical, legal, and non-technical partners.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in User Experience Design, Strategy, or a related field.
• Contract Availability: Must be available for a 6-12 month contract engagement.
• Industry Expertise: Proven, substantive experience working within the financial services, banking, insurance, or other highly regulated industries that require stringent adherence to compliance, legal, and security protocols.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency with standard industry design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or Sketch) and established history of successful engagement within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Portfolio: A strong online portfolio demonstrating work on complex workflows, enterprise applications, or products within regulated financial or similar environments is mandatory.
