Construction Superintendent

About the Role:

The Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day management of field operations on active construction projects. This role ensures that all work is executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with contract documents and Promethean Builders' quality standards. The Superintendent leads coordination across trades, manages site logistics, and maintains all field reporting to ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate field operations from groundbreaking to close-out.
• Manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Drive the schedule and maintain budget targets.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, engineers, and trades.
• Mentor field teams and promote a culture of technical excellence.
• Experience with pre-fabricated metal buildings or modular construction is a plus — not required, but highly valued.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of superintendent or field management experience (flexible — show us what you bring).

• Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills.

• Deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and field operations.

• Willingness to travel between job sites.

• Spanish fluency is not required, but it's a strong advantage when working with diverse trade teams.

Pay: $140, $160,000.00 per year
