Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized environment.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Communicating customer needs to the sales team
• Preparing related materials
• Handling calls an inquiries about HVAC services, estimates, and general questions
• Contacting new leads
• Following up sent quotes

​Qualifications:

• English + Mandarin speaking mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in office administration are a plus).
• Experience/familiarity with HVAC industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
