Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served.
  • Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Oversee inventory control, procurement, and food cost management to optimize resources without compromising quality.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and hygiene regulations across all kitchen areas.
  • Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to plan and execute large-scale events with precision and flair.
  • Manage shift schedules, delegate responsibilities effectively, and monitor performance to maintain smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with management on budgeting, menu planning, and implementing new culinary initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of food production processes, inventory levels, and safety inspections for compliance purposes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation in food presentation and service delivery.

Skills

  • Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments.
  • Proven supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in high-volume settings.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and food procurement strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and promote teamwork.
  • Deep understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry.
  • Skilled in food preparation techniques across diverse cuisines with an emphasis on quality presentation.
  • Experience in restaurant management including shift management,planning, and customer service oversight.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: $3, $5,000.00 per month
