Hiring Driver- CDL Class A

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CDL Class A Driver for OTR/Regional/Short Haul with constant routes in the Midwest/Northeast

• YOU MUST LIVE IN Laredo/Houston/Fort Worth Texas

A Driver who can be out on the road for a minimum of 2-3 weeks at a time( longer if you want, more money).

The Driver must have at least 2 years of experience OTR, Specifically Dry Vans. A driver who is committed to putting in SMART and HARD work every week. A driver who enjoys driving in the Midwest Texas, and Northeastern regions, while ensuring the highest quality of work and following street guidelines

Pay : .55 cents a mile with a minimum of 1400 per week. Potential INCREASE/BONUS on great performance

(8-10 loads per week is the goal)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer on long-haul routes, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Load and unload freight as required, using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspections, and deliveries.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route changes or issues encountered during delivery.
• Manage, flatbeds, tankers, and other specialized equipment as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience in truck driving with a valid CDL Class A license.
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is good, not required.
• Experience with Dry Vans
• Previous delivery driver experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of freight handling and route driving best practices.
