About the Role

The Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technically complex initiatives that enhance the platform and customer-facing solutions. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Clinical Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and resource needs
• Manage technical integrations with APIs, EHRs, and third-party services
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Clinical, and GTM teams
• Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business requirements into actionable technical plans
• Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of technical project management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based platforms
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum)
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with digital health platforms, telehealth technologies, or healthcare workflows preferred
• Able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving startup environment.
