Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting mobile devices, wireless plans, accessories, and technical solutions that best meet their needs. You will provide expert guidance on product features, troubleshoot basic device issues, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, informed, and satisfying experience. The goal is to deliver exceptional service while consistently achieving and surpassing wireless sales targets.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and plans
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various devices and accessories
- Assist customers with POS transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including stocking shelves and organizing displays
- Perform regular stock checks and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support team members through supervising experience when needed, fostering a collaborative environment
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers both in-store and over the phone
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales, grocery store environments, or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, and stock management
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Supervising experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash registers accurately and efficiently
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers
